This is where you can see your current jobs and create new alerts.
In the Jobs To Refer list if you click on a specific job it will take you to a Job Detail page where you can refer the job to someone you know or apply for the job yourself.
If you refer the job you will be taken to the referral screen. On this screen you will see several boxes where you can fill out the name, email and a personal message to send to your friend/peer.
