At no point will a Client know a Referrer and vice versa. We STRONGLY recommend on sign-up that you choose a PeerBrief User Name that is unique, definitely not your proper name (don’t worry though, Candidates (your Peers) you refer roles to will know it’s you through your choice of contact method i.e. FB messaging/Google+/LinkedIn/email Contact etc.
Unlike some other products on the market PeerBrief will never broadcast message (spam) your social networks with job ads for roles you are working on. This has never worked in recruitment and it won’t work on social media.
