The rating system is an important part of PeerBrief’s Quality Control System (QCS). You start off with no stars and then we aggregate your star rating based on the feedback Employers give you for the referrals you make. The more accurate and successful you are with your referrals the better rating you will receive. Don’t worry though, success is not measured on just Placements but rather Relevancy and Quality. Employers, just like Referrers and Candidates can also make comments with their Ratings and these are reviewed before being published.
