One of the core factors about PeerBrief is that it provides quality referrals. In order for us to keep the standards up we have an in built rating system. This works by simply rating you on the quality of your referral, the better the referral the better the rating. Be selective and think about who you are referring to a role. If you just spam all your contacts then its highly unlikely you will get the role filled and as a result your rating will suffer.
If you can keep a high rating then employers will know that you mean business in terms of the quality of the referrals you provide. Employers can target their jobs so that they only receive new prospects from referrers who have a high rating. So remember, think before you refer!
